1.2 Service Description
Live Like the River is a digital membership platform offering access to a private AI-assisted self-inquiry and coaching space. The service is provided exclusively in digital format through liveliketheriver.com and the Claudie and Claudie Coach mobile applications.
The platform provides two distinct services: Claudie@liveliketheriver — depth psychology, healing and self-exploration; and Claudie@coach — coaching for career, performance, business, and life transitions. Both are powered by Anthropic's AI technology and trained under a proprietary methodology developed by Claudia Vesel.
1.3 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights — including but not limited to the book, methodology, system prompts, platform architecture, and all written content — belong exclusively to Claudia Vesel. ONE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS S.R.L. operates liveliketheriver.com and the associated mobile applications under license. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without the express written consent of the author.
1.4 Platform Access
Access is granted exclusively to registered users after account creation and subscription activation. The free trial provides access to 50 messages (25 exchanges) with no payment required and no commitment.
1.5 Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in Euro. Payments are processed through Stripe. The monthly subscription renews automatically every 30 days unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Claudie@liveliketheriver — Healing & Self-Exploration: €29.99/month
• Claudie@coach — Coaching: €39.99/month
1.6 Member Conduct
By registering, members agree to engage with respect — toward themselves and toward this space. Repeated violations of this principle may result in account suspension or cancellation, according to the three-strike moderation system described at registration.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
The service offered by liveliketheriver.com and the associated mobile applications does not constitute psychotherapy, psychological counselling, or medical service. The platform is not suitable for anyone in acute psychiatric crisis, experiencing psychosis, or in immediate danger. Members are solely responsible for decisions made following interaction with the platform.
If your process calls for a therapist, a doctor, or another professional — follow that call.
1.8 Modifications
The operator reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
1.9 Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law in force.
